Save the Ocean

Post-grad I spent a little over a month backpacking the western coast of Costa Rica. I dream of the sounds and smells of that land, the lush dense forests, the green rolling hills, and beautiful beaches. Pura Vida is what they say, and what the Ticos live by. It’s a motto, mantra, and sometimes just something you say in passing. To me, the phrase is circular. In order to live and have Pura Vida you must respect and live wholeheartedly. Treating all life equally, with dignity and love.

Here’s to making the world a better place and preserving it for future generations.
